European Union (Regulation 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council) (hereinafter: GDPR) regarding the data processing\u00a0 of data within the framework of its accommodation service activities.<\/p><ol><li>The Data Controller shall ensure the lawfulness and expediency of data <strong>processing in respect of the personal data processed by it in all cases.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ol><li>The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to\u00a0 inform the Data Controller in a <strong>clear, detailed, comprehensible and easily accessible manner to those <\/strong>\u00a0interested in accommodation services and guests (hereinafter referred to as Data Subject or Guest) about all facts related to the processing of their personal data, the rights and The accommodation portals are also independent of the Data Controller, separate data controllers, so in the case of booking accommodation on these platforms, our Guests can find information about the processing of their personal data on the website of the given accommodation portal.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li><strong>Electronic Guest Registration Application \/ VEND\u00c9GEM Accommodation Management Software<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>The Data Controller \u2013 in accordance with the legal requirements \u2013 <strong>\u00a0electronically records the bookings and the personal data of the Guests in the accommodation management software (VEND\u00c9GEM) <\/strong>and performs the administrative tasks related to the accommodation service. Data reporting to the NTDSC and to the VIZA system is only possible through the accommodation management software. (see sections 3.5 and 3.6)<\/p><ol><li><strong>National Tourism Data Supply Centre (NTDSC)<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ol><li>Az <strong>Hungarian Tourism Agency Ltd.<\/strong>For\u00a0 the purpose of national statistical data collection, an IT system,\u00a0 the <strong>National Tourism Data Supply Centre (hereinafter: NTDSC)<\/strong> operates.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>The NTDSC receives anonymous statistical data that does NOT contain the Guest&#8217;s personal data electronically, through the accommodation management software\u00a0 , and does not receive, record or store any personal data. Regardless of this, I would like to inform the Data Subject about the rules of data processing below:<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>Scope of data subjects: guests who have used accommodation services.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>Scope of data that can be processed:<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>the gender of the Guest,<\/li><li>Nationality<\/li><li>place and date of birth,<\/li><li>country of residence,<\/li><li>the city and postal code of your permanent address.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>Purpose of data processing:<ol><li>To measure the turnover statistics of all domestic accommodation establishments in a real and up-to-date manner, and to prepare statements, summaries and analyses for the tourism sector based on the statistical data received.<\/li><li>Determination of the tourism tax base and the tax exemption used, completion of the tourism tax return.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><ol><li>Legal basis of data processing: Fulfilment of a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject.<\/li><\/ol><p>\/GDPR Article 6(1)(c)\/.<\/p><p><em>Act CLVI of 2016 on the State Tasks of the Development of Tourism Areas <\/em>and <em>Decree No. 235\/2019. (X. 15.) <\/em>and <em>\u00a0Government Decree No. 239\/2009. (X. 20.) on the implementation of the Decree of the Municipality of <\/em>\u00a0Szeged.<\/p><p>Decree No. 239\/2009. (X. 20.) Pursuant to Section 5 (3) of the Government Decree, accommodation services may be provided at an accommodation establishment that has accommodation management software. The software sends the data of the accommodation service to the NTDSC electronically as required by law, which ensures the compliance of the Data Controller with the law. The data reporting obligation of accommodation operators will apply from 1 January 2020.<\/p><ol><li><strong>Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA)<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ol><li>From 1 September 2021, in accordance with the legislation in force, the Accommodation Service Provider will record the personal data of those using accommodation services in Hungary <strong>in a hotel management software (VEND\u00c9GEM)<\/strong> through\u00a0 a <strong>document reader<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>The software transmits the data to a storage space, the <strong>Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA).<\/strong> The hosting service provider is the Hungarian Tourism Agency (MT\u00dc).<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>The personal data of the Guests is transferred encrypted from the accommodation management software (VEND\u00c9GEM) to the VIZA system.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>The document reading module of the VEND\u00c9GEM software is suitable\u00a0 for reading<strong> documents of Hungarian identity cards, driving licences<\/strong> and <strong>passports<\/strong>, <strong>European identity cards, passports and driving licences<\/strong>, and <strong>\u00a0in the case\u00a0 of <\/strong>guests arriving from third countries, passports.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li><strong>In the absence of presentation of the document, the Accommodation Provider shall refuse to provide the accommodation service.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ol><li>Although the listed documents also contain a photo, <strong>the VIZA system is not able to accept photos or other biometric identifiers<\/strong>, so they are not scanned, recorded or forwarded. The document reader reads the document data into the VEND\u00c9GEM accommodation management software.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>Data that cannot be recorded through the document reader of the accommodation management software is\u00a0 recorded by the Accommodation Provider by <strong>manual data entry<\/strong> in the accommodation management software.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li><strong>Data recording without the presence of the guest (remote document reading)<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ol><li>With the help of the accommodation management software, the Data Controller may provide the Guest with the opportunity to read his\/her personal data required by law from his\/her document, remotely, digitally, by reading the documents.<\/li><li>The verification of the data provided by the Guest \u2013 prior to transmission to the VIZA system \u2013 remains the responsibility of the accommodation provider (Data Controller). Therefore, with regard to the data provided during the remote document reading, at the latest upon the arrival of the Guest, the accommodation provider must make sure of the identity of the person and the authenticity of the data recorded in advance.<\/li><li>The check can also take place before the arrival of the Guest, either by means of a video call or a digital image proving the match.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>Scope of data subjects: Guests who have used accommodation services.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>Scope of personal data that can be processed: The Data Controller records the following personal data of the Guests in the VEND\u00c9GEM accommodation management software:<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>first and last name;<\/li><li>first and last name at birth,<\/li><li>place of birth;<\/li><li>date of birth;<\/li><li>gender;<\/li><li>nationality;<\/li><li>mother&#8217;s first and last name at birth,<\/li><li>identification data of an identity or travel document;<\/li><li>in the case of a non-EU national (who is not a national of an EU country), the number of the visa or residence permit, the date and place of entry;<\/li><li>In case of data recording without the presence of the guest (3.6.7.), the customer&#8217;s e-mail address.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>Purpose of data processing: Protection of the rights, safety and property of the data subject and others, as well as monitoring compliance with the provisions on the residence of third-country nationals and persons with the right of free movement and residence.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li>Legal basis of data processing: Fulfilment of a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject. \/Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR\/ Section 9\/H of Act CLVI of 2016 on the State Tasks of the Development of Tourism Areas and Decree No. 235\/2019. Taking into account the purpose of data processing, the data subject has the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data.<\/p><ol><li><strong>Right to erasure<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ol><li>At the request of the Data Subject, the Data Controller shall delete the personal data concerning him or her without undue delay if one of the following reasons applies:<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>the purpose of data processing has ceased to exist, or<\/li><li>the Data Subject withdraws his\/her consent to the processing of the personal data and there is no other legal basis for the processing, or<\/li><li>the Data Subject exercises his\/her right to object, or<\/li><li>the processing is unlawful, or<\/li><li>the deletion of the data concerned is required by law.<\/li><\/ul><ol><li>The deletion requested by the Data Subject may only concern the deletion of the data processed on the basis of the Data Subject&#8217;s consent, so it does not affect the scope of data subject to mandatory data processing due to the performance of the contract and the fulfilment of a legal obligation.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li><strong>Right to restriction of processing<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ol><li>At the request of the Data Subject, the Data Controller shall restrict data processing in the following cases:<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>the Data Subject disputes the accuracy of the personal data, in which case the restriction applies to the period that allows the Data Controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data; or<\/li><li>the data processing is unlawful, but the Data Subject does not request the deletion of the data, but instead requests the restriction of their use; or<\/li><li>The Data Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of data processing, but the data subject requires them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; or<\/li><li>Data subject objected to data processing; in this case, the restriction shall apply for the period until it is established whether the legitimate reasons of the Data Controller take precedence over the legitimate reasons of the Data Subject.<\/li><\/ul><ol><li>The Data Controller shall inform the Data Subject, at whose request the data processing has been restricted, of the lifting of the restriction of data processing in advance.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li><strong>Notification obligation related to the rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>The Data Controller shall inform all recipients to whom the personal data have been disclosed of any correction, deletion or restriction of data processing, unless this proves impossible or requires a disproportionate effort. (X. 15.) Korm. rendelet<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u00e9s&nbsp;<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a sz\u00e1ll\u00e1shely-szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1si tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g folytat\u00e1s\u00e1nak r\u00e9szletes felt\u00e9teleir\u0151l \u00e9s a sz\u00e1ll\u00e1shely-\u00fczemeltet\u00e9si enged\u00e9ly kiad\u00e1s\u00e1nak rendj\u00e9r\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 239\/2009. (X. 20.) Korm. rendelet<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;szerinti k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9gek teljes\u00edt\u00e9se.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A 239\/2009. (X. 20.) Korm. rendelet 5.\u00a7 (3) bekezd\u00e9se szerint sz\u00e1ll\u00e1shely-szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s olyan sz\u00e1ll\u00e1shelyen folytathat\u00f3, amely rendelkezik sz\u00e1ll\u00e1shelykezel\u0151 szoftverrel. A szoftver az NTAK r\u00e9sz\u00e9re a jogszab\u00e1ly \u00e1ltal el\u0151\u00edrt m\u00f3don, elektronikusan k\u00fcldi a sz\u00e1ll\u00e1shely szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s adatait, ez biztos\u00edtja az Adatkezel\u0151 jogszab\u00e1lynak val\u00f3 megfelel\u00e9s\u00e9t. Figyelembe v\u00e9ve az adatkezel\u00e9s c\u00e9lj\u00e1t, az \u00e9rintett jogosult arra, hogy k\u00e9rje a hi\u00e1nyos szem\u00e9lyes adatok kieg\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>T\u00f6rl\u00e9shez val\u00f3 jog<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9rintett k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re Adatkezel\u0151 indokolatlan k\u00e9sedelem n\u00e9lk\u00fcl t\u00f6rli a r\u00e1 vonatkoz\u00f3 szem\u00e9lyes adatokat, ha az al\u00e1bbi indokok valamelyike fenn\u00e1ll:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az adatkezel\u00e9s c\u00e9lja megsz\u0171nt, vagy&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az \u00c9rintett visszavonja a szem\u00e9lyes adatok kezel\u00e9s\u00e9re vonatkoz\u00f3 hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s\u00e1t, \u00e9s az adatkezel\u00e9snek nincs m\u00e1s jogalapja, vagy&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az \u00c9rintett a tiltakoz\u00e1shoz val\u00f3 jog\u00e1t gyakorolja, vagy<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az adatkezel\u00e9s jogellenes, vagy&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az \u00e9rintett adat t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9t jogszab\u00e1lyi k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g \u00edrja el\u0151.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9rintett \u00e1ltal k\u00e9rt t\u00f6rl\u00e9s kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag az \u0151 hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1sa alapj\u00e1n kezelt adatok t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9re vonatkozhat, \u00edgy az nem \u00e9rinti a szerz\u0151d\u00e9s teljes\u00edt\u00e9se, \u00e9s a jogi k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g teljes\u00edt\u00e9se miatti k\u00f6telez\u0151 adatkezel\u00e9ssel \u00e9rintett adatok k\u00f6r\u00e9t.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Az adatkezel\u00e9s korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s\u00e1hoz val\u00f3 jog<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9rintett k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re az Adatkezel\u0151 korl\u00e1tozza az adatkezel\u00e9st az al\u00e1bbi esetekben:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9rintett vitatja a szem\u00e9lyes adatok pontoss\u00e1g\u00e1t, ez esetben a korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s arra az id\u0151tartamra vonatkozik, amely lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi, hogy az Adatkezel\u0151 ellen\u0151rizze a szem\u00e9lyes adatok pontoss\u00e1g\u00e1t; vagy<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az adatkezel\u00e9s jogellenes, de \u00c9rintett nem k\u00e9ri az adatok t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9t, ehelyett k\u00e9ri azok felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1nak korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s\u00e1t; vagy<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adatkezel\u0151nek m\u00e1r nincs sz\u00fcks\u00e9ge a szem\u00e9lyes adatokra adatkezel\u00e9s c\u00e9lj\u00e1b\u00f3l, de az \u00e9rintett ig\u00e9nyli azokat jogi ig\u00e9nyek el\u0151terjeszt\u00e9s\u00e9hez, \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez vagy v\u00e9delm\u00e9hez; vagy<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9rintett tiltakozott az adatkezel\u00e9s ellen; ez esetben a korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s arra az id\u0151tartamra vonatkozik, am\u00edg meg\u00e1llap\u00edt\u00e1sra nem ker\u00fcl, hogy Adatkezel\u0151 jogos indokai els\u0151bbs\u00e9get \u00e9lveznek-e \u00c9rintett jogos indokaival szemben.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adatkezel\u0151 az \u00c9rintettet, akinek a k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re korl\u00e1tozt\u00e1k az adatkezel\u00e9st, az adatkezel\u00e9s korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s\u00e1nak felold\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l el\u0151zetesen t\u00e1j\u00e9koztatja.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>A szem\u00e9lyes adatok helyesb\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez vagy t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9hez, illetve az adatkezel\u00e9s korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s\u00e1hoz kapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3 \u00e9rtes\u00edt\u00e9si k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adatkezel\u0151 minden olyan c\u00edmzettet t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat valamennyi helyesb\u00edt\u00e9sr\u0151l, t\u00f6rl\u00e9sr\u0151l vagy adatkezel\u00e9s-korl\u00e1toz\u00e1sr\u00f3l, akivel, illetve amellyel a szem\u00e9lyes adatot k\u00f6z\u00f6lt\u00e9k, kiv\u00e9ve, ha ez lehetetlennek bizonyul, vagy ar\u00e1nytalanul nagy er\u0151fesz\u00edt\u00e9st ig\u00e9nyel. Az \u00c9rintettet k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re az adatkezel\u0151 t\u00e1j\u00e9koztatja e c\u00edmzettekr\u0151l.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Adathordozhat\u00f3s\u00e1ghoz val\u00f3 jog<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A GDPR-ban r\u00f6gz\u00edtett felt\u00e9telekkel \u00c9rintett jogosult arra, hogy Adatkezel\u0151 rendelkez\u00e9s\u00e9re bocs\u00e1tott szem\u00e9lyes adatokat g\u00e9ppel olvashat\u00f3 form\u00e1tumban megkapja tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 jogosult arra, hogy ezeket az adatokat egy m\u00e1sik Adatkezel\u0151nek tov\u00e1bb\u00edtsa.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Tiltakoz\u00e1shoz val\u00f3 jog<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9rintett tiltakozhat szem\u00e9lyes adat\u00e1nak kezel\u00e9se ellen, ha a szem\u00e9lyes adatok kezel\u00e9se vagy tov\u00e1bb\u00edt\u00e1sa kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag Adatkezel\u0151 vagy harmadik szem\u00e9ly jogos \u00e9rdek\u00e9nek \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges (kiv\u00e9ve k\u00f6telez\u0151 adatkezel\u00e9s eset\u00e9n). Amennyiben az Adatkezel\u0151 az \u00c9rintett tiltakoz\u00e1s\u00e1t alaposnak tal\u00e1lja, \u00fagy a szem\u00e9lyes adatokat halad\u00e9ktalanul t\u00f6rli.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>A hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s visszavon\u00e1s\u00e1hoz val\u00f3 jog<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9rintett jogosult arra, hogy b\u00e1rmikor visszavonja a szem\u00e9lyes adatainak kezel\u00e9s\u00e9hez val\u00f3 hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s\u00e1t. t\u00e1rolhat\u00f3s\u00e1g\u201d);<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">kezel\u00e9s\u00e9t oly m\u00f3don kell v\u00e9gezni, hogy megfelel\u0151 technikai vagy szervez\u00e9si int\u00e9zked\u00e9sek alkalmaz\u00e1s\u00e1val biztos\u00edtva legyen a szem\u00e9lyes adatok megfelel\u0151 biztons\u00e1ga, az
