1. Mandula Apartman Pécs – House Rules

   Dear Guests!

   For your comfort and a peaceful stay, please read and follow the rules below.

   1. Smoking
   • Smoking and open flames are STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the apartment.
   1. Use of the Apartment and Furnishings
   • Please use all furnishings as intended.
   • It is forbidden to remove towels, blankets, bedding, or other furnishings from the apartment.
   • Rearranging furniture is only allowed with prior consent from the owner.
   • Any damages caused must be compensated by the guest on-site or may result in legal action.
   • Flammable or explosive materials and vehicles (bicycles, motorcycles, etc.) must not be stored inside the apartment.
   • Upon leaving the apartment, please ensure that lights, air conditioning, and water taps are turned off.
   • Guests are responsible for ensuring that the gate and garage doors are securely closed at night and when leaving the property.
   • Any malfunctions must be reported immediately to the host, as retroactive complaints cannot be accepted.
   • Lost keys or remote controls (TV, air conditioners, garage door) must be reported immediately, and replacement costs must be covered by the guest.
   1. Dining
   • The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for preparing simple meals.
   • Do not place metal objects in the microwave.
   • Please refrain from eating in the bedrooms; meals should be consumed in the kitchen or dining area.
   1. Cleaning and Waste Disposal
   • The apartment is handed over clean; if any issues arise, please inform the host immediately.
   • No cleaning services are provided during the stay unless requested separately.
   • Household waste should be disposed of in the kitchen or garage bins.
   • Upon departure, please do not leave any garbage in the apartment.
   • Do not dispose of non-biodegradable hygiene products (diapers, sanitary pads, wet wipes) or food waste in the drains. Any plumbing repairs due to improper disposal will be charged to the guest.
   1. Outdoor Cooking and Grilling
   • Open fires are prohibited on the entire premises.
   • Grilling is only allowed in designated areas.
   1. Services
   • Parking: in the garage is free for guests.
   • Wi-Fi is provided free of charge, and the password is displayed inside the apartment.
   • The apartment is equipped with heating/cooling air conditioning, included in the accommodation fee.
   • No pets allowed
   • Charging electric vehicles is only possible after prior arrangement with the host and for an additional fee. No fast-charging stations are available.
   1. Lost and Found
   • Forgotten items will be kept for 2 months. If reported within this time, they can be sent via post at the guest’s expense.
   1. Noise and Behavior
   • Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00. During this time, loud noise, parties, or playing music at high volume is prohibited.
   • The host is not responsible for damages caused by natural disasters, power outages, or incidents in the parking area.
   • Guests who behave inappropriately or do not adhere to the house rules may be asked to leave immediately.
   1. Additional Rules
   • Always lock your doors, windows, gate, garage!
   • Guests are only allowed in the number of persons booked.
   • Illegal activities are prohibited and may result in immediate removal.
   • The apartment must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
   • No parties or events – the apartment is for private, quiet stays only.
   • Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment.
   • Do not duplicate the keys; lost keys must be reported immediately.
   • Check-out time must be respected; late check-out requires prior approval.
   • Do not move furniture.
   • The apartment must be left in the same condition as upon arrival.
   • Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the stay.
   • Thank you for respecting the house rules! Violations may result in additional charges. We wish you a pleasant stay!
